I Agree but as mentioned she’s a maid who doesn’t have much power and if she refuses the prince she might not survive In the palace. She doesn’t have the leverage or power to really do anything, and if she refuses him she might get punished so she’s in a very possibly toxic situation that she cant escape, especially with the pressure she gets from her mother. I don’t like her but I do respect some of the she made within the chapter.
True, but it's clearly obvious that the shitty prince is crazy inlove with her. With that in mind, i think she could have done something regarding the abuses on the fl which she wants to be friends with. Tell the prince to back off or something.
While self-preservation is not a bad thing, doing so at the expense of your love ones being hurt is not okay. I believe your only leading yourself to a lifetime of regret and loneliness.
I mean, if someone I consider to be a friend was in a bad situation, I would have done something to fight for them. When someone do bad things to my friend then I would defend them.

She has a one track mind and her goal is the fall of the empire so yep... its all about revenge for her because the anger and pain is so deep she cant think of anything but to find a way to lessen it through revenge..
Though in the latest update of the novel she is confused? about her feelings and unsure if she loves Dylan. She is currently trying to find out if Dylan loves her through "experiments on certain situations" and Dylan is trying HARD to hide it coz he's afraid if Charlize finds out she'll leave him.
Im excited for the next novel update and see Dylan's reaction when he receives the news about where Charlize is currently staying at
