It sucks bcuz they focused to much on the 'shoujo part' and forgot to highlight the 'bro part'. Make them unintentionally funny, unhinged, accidental troublemakers, frank to the point of violence, showing ugly faces LIKE NORMAL FRIENDS DO!

Maybe they meant to say that this manhwa is about these characters that were written to be having beastly instincts, which is to mate and be having offsprings. They just instincticaly wanted to mate with the prospective individuals.
And to why it have something to do with toxic or not is because beasts, or irl animals, doesn't follow moral rules about mating.
So yeah, maybe that's why it's a bit of an irk to call this manhwa or rather the ML's actions toxic or red flag, the author just trying to keep the animalistic side of the charas....

I get what you mean but i quite like beastly mangas and i think i can see where ppl saying it's toxic come from since it's better if both of them are losing themselves in their animal instincts vs one and the other is just saying it hurts and implying they wanna stop
