The hairy man was just the shop owner where yuwon and dohun used to do part time at. (Its in s2). Since he ain't normal, so he learned basics from the scratch (as a psychopath cant be at top if they dont learn human basics first) and yuwon, is the most human person and was the only one he looked at, so he learned from him. At this point, he is just trying to strong and powerful enough so that he can protect (and chain up) yuwon in the future. To be the perfect human, not for his father but for yuwon. Cuz all that matters to him, is yuwon.
