That’s Xinlu’s special nickname for Yuri, and he’s the only one who calls him that. Remember when Yuri said that everyone close to him calls him by his name? Knowing Xinlu’s personality, he wouldn’t want to be just like everyone else, so he chose to call Yuri “Mr. Gable” instead. He really cherishes and loves Yuri in his own special way, and I think that’s what makes their relationship so unique.
