Then people just doing a double take and just looking at Vlad then at the Father and brothers repeatedly with the expression of disbelief and Vlad just being like “Nope, no relation! Have no idea who the older guy and other guy is, but that one’s a dick, who screwed with my head during a Dragon Hunt”

From what I can remember when the son that met Vlad reported his existence to The Father, the man said “It was well worth spreading his seed around.” Or something to that like. So most likely he did not care if it took or not but if it did he would collect the child if it showed any worth in his eyes. I suppose Vlad is the only illegitimate child to show any ability to invest in. At least that’s what I got from the interactions from that family.
So did he give his real name because if he did and he’s not in the Book of the Dead doesn’t that mean he’s also a half breed? This also means the ML did not break the law and has falsely been imprisoned. Also, if the MC is a half breed then so is his little brother and with his little brother being so sick could it be do to living in the Mortal World instead of the Demon World? Possibly, like I said food for thought. I honestly don’t know and am curious, also it has seemed to be a trend in the stories I’ve read of late. I’ve read at least three (please don’t ask names I can’t remember their in my read list somewhere) where the MC has turned out to be a 1/2 mythical creature of some kind that powers either have not awakened or are suppressed.
Ended abruptly and chapter 7 is trash poorly done. Mostly a cat and mouse story with a simi-happy ending

it's a plot heavy story with the slow slow slow burn romance but the payoff is good if you like shonen ai with more shonen focus and less ai focus this one is for you but if you want smut or sexytimes more than this isn't for you but you should give it a try if you like solving stories and seeing how they crack the code for each exam they take it's really intriguing
