The space arc was so unbelievably dumb. It felt like it was randomly thrown in there.
I liked the rest of the story though.
I don't hate the MC, but I feel legitimately bad for the ML.
I like both characters and think they could have a decent relationship, but also think the ML should get with someone else.
Super disappointed with the art change. Everyone used to look super unique, now they all have the exact same face. Same with the body types. The red headed lady used to look cool and tough but now she has a baby face and a twig body exactly like all the other girls
I really want to see his shape-shifted form in the old art style to.
After the first season we really don't get any more backround into the different special species or the world which sucks. I crave world building.
This started out as a 5 star but ended up a 3 star at best.
I really wish we got to see more of his family and friends. At the beginning it made it seem like he was close to them but he's only gotten 2 texts from his mom

The art is pretty wonky at first but by the end you can tell they are impoving. The story has a good premise but they don't bother to flesh it out at all. It's hard to tell the time line because it focuses almost exclusively on their relationship and no outside events. It could take place over a few weeks or a year. Impossible to tell. There are only like 7 total characters, all the backround characters literally have no faces. We get no backround info on any of the characters except mc was not interested in responsibility and ml had a sick mom. The villains reason for doing what he does is explained in like 2 panels and doesn't make any sense. The ending is incredibly rushed and important points are often skipped over entirely.
Their relationship is cute, they are definitely improving on the art and the they are really good at drawing hair. The main characters personalities are enjoyable neither of them are annoying. It has a interesting premise that if fleshed out I would be interested in reading.
