short review:
why is the mc so conveniently stupid at some plot points… i assumed that he wouldve been more cautious especially since he had accumulated a decent amount of experience from his bizarre situations yet he still doesnt know how to control his urges. their romance is good but it felt a bit rushed when they developed their relationship around the earlier chapters. everyone has different tastes, i think the plot could be better but its still a decent read.
if i had a penny for every manhwa i read where the main couple were having fun and they played with a claw machine because the dolls looked like the other, i would have three, THREE….

i just need to get this out of my brain but tbh the uke’s process of thinking is so frustrating. the amount of times he kept thinking things could be resolved quickly is baffling. its just downplaying what nate felt at that moment. i only read until ch.21 and i wont finish it at all because why the hell did the friend leave him alone in nate’s house right after he told alex that he’d help him with this ‘problem’. not my cup of tea ngl, it could be better but i wont expect anything else from a korean manhwa.
the noncon shit is really getting into me. i feel like this wouldve been a heartwarming story about overcoming fears if there wasnt any sexual stuff
seeing d squad again in the adaptation after suffering through the entire novel really gets to u. i can feel my aorta getting teared off everytime i see them (ITS TOO MUCH I GET REMINDED OF WHAT’LL HAPPEN TO THEM )
