can I say I'm a little disappointed with the changes they made to compare to the novel? I understand that they have the liberty to do that but those changes really affect the characters and how we as viewers see them. Now the only thing I see is that Vanessa (FL) Is your typical blushing female lead. sigh..

(FL) in the Novel is rational and logical (the reason why ML became interested in her), honest and self-reliant that she doesn't like to burden anyone for her sake, that's why she decided to make a scandal that will fully make her the only person to be blamed, Pretty stubborn especially when she put her mind to it & Clumsy, start falling in love later on. has boundaries with the 2ML bcoz he is engaged.

(ML) Sure is non-chalante but he, let say sarcastic in the beginning, especially when he avoid her like crazy. I have secondhand embarrassment in the beginning.

just want to point a few.
• The second kiss happens right after the first and ofcourse it because the ML said to her he didn't feel anything so she stubbornly said let's do it again until he is sure be interested in her.
• I'm not sure about this one, but the deal of not falling in love with each other because the ML said that he is afraid she will stay never let him go after the summer ends, FL was confident she will not and ML keep provoke her by saying he didn't believe her.
• the reason the ML actually accept her request is because every answer FL defies his expectations, he thought she will be manipulative or use her noble power.
• ML actually Rarely leaves the Garden when he is in the Manor, he really hides himself from the guests there, the only people he interact is the servants, The reason her male friend actually knew about ML identity (spoiler) coz peeped at them in the shed when they where kissing, he met ML at a party.
• I thought the Garden is flower garden.. not tree garden. interesting change.
• the part where she told him about his expensive stuff, thats suppose to be only her inside thought and why she start to have questions about him, realisation of hiw easily ML can leave with how little stuff he had..& they cut the best part!: ML has a sketch book, he caught her holding that sketchbook and he let her see his drawings (spoiler) he will sketch her by her request as siren creature. As her name Vanessa cyrene (siren) somerset.
• ML saw FL entering a Pub that's why he said that the offer isn't given to him only (she went to send her manuscript) she didn't hug her friend Blair coz she maintained that since it upsets his fiance cecily.
• The Clothing store!! why did they skip that one?! they actually walk together coz ML knew a way to get out from manor without getting caught, arrived at nearest farm and FL, as clumsy as she is ended up getting her clothes dirty trying to save a duck from getting eaten by a cat, so they stopped at a store where it hinted that ML actually ordered her a custom clothing. There she bought her friends graduation gifts. and they actually have a quicky in the changing room.
• (Spoiler) the reason why i think its important bcoz ML and FL actually went to an Ally to make love and ended up missing the circus. Her Friend will wait for her in her room where he will pull her blouse and see the love bites when they argued. Also maybe this outing is the reason why her uncle knew about them.
• They talked alot with each other especially before and after they're love-making.
• unfortunately I know they will not adapt it but the FL and ML have some fun spicy scene, it's funny how FL is always lusting on ML body and initiate, ML was amused and keep telling her to stop staring at him with that look. ML also crazy about her too and they argue like lovers do.

My rant doesnt mean I'm hating the story at all.
