I've got a peak bl with a story like this, the only difference is that the protagonist regressed once but he has a time limit to change the future, and he was portrayed as the crown Prince's rival in love when in fact he was js in love with the prince himself and not the saintess. Incredibly hard to say. If you want just a nice throuple, no. But if you want some nice throuple dynamics buried in a lot of toxicity and even more noncon, then maybe!
I don't regret reading it, but I do wish I'd had proper warning on what to expect.
