Not you spreading misinformation mc still ends up with haeyoung, haeyoung change only that holds back his violent nature. So whenever he get jealous he fantasized about hurting the uke, the reason why he does that is bc of his weird mentality of mc only listen to him when he punished mc. There's no Revenge arc, just escape arc and even when the mc escaping he's still getting harassed by random villagers if I'm not mistaken, but there's no rape. Also there's misinformation of people saying mc had amnesia, IT'S NOT CORRECT. Basically mc just keep escaping and haeyoung getting frustrated, and when he finally found mc he kinda change (but not really) but he's becoming more gentle (in his own standard) and I heard they live together in seclude. There's no real Revenge arc, just ... Just unsatisfying regretful arc from haeyoung. That's it.
