I feel like this has to be one of the more horrifying omegaverse worlds to be in. Like what do you mean even your own family are affected by your pheromones and personally I don’t like how the mc just forgives everyone and thinks “everything is an inevitable fault of your secondary gender so the person is inherently not at fault” cause that’s just a load of bs. Maybe it’s time people stopped glorifying jaxx so much. IMO while her art is amazing, her storytelling is honestly lacking (or even bad). The reason WoW was so good was because SHE DIDNT WRITE THAT STORY. She only adapted a novel that someone else wrote. UTGL started good but season 2 was a train wreck and not worth the 2 year hiatus. Please let this open people’s eyes…

I read this while it was updating and put it on pause like, 10 chapters before the ending so just came back to finish up and wait for more side stories. I remember enjoying it but then it kinda fell off like halfway through. Again, this is a horrible representation of bdsm so I would never recommend this for that - iirc I was mainly reading this for the story rather than the smut.
Imo tho, it feels like mc has a praise kink so I wished they leaned into that more (as observed from the side story) because I just hated that even past the ending, it never feels like the mc really likes the sex at all until it’s more gentle. Even with his input, the play still looked like too much so nothing feels really resolved at all (in regards to their sex preferences).
If you want a similar dynamic (innocent submissive, experienced dom) but executed 10x better (and way hotter imo) then read “the playroom”. It’s everything this story wished it was and has so much more varied plays too.
