So, I started to read BL quite recently and I have finished about around 25-30 of this genre. Now, after reading BL, I can not go back to reading Shoujo at all. Why did I loose interest in reading Shoujo? Has this happened to anyone else?
I love how the Artist is drawing Deborah. I wish the Artist would draw Isidore to look more matured, almost everyone looks very young. With Isidore mentioned to have broad shoulders in the novel, the built in manhwa now looks small ): the body and head proportion for the male characters seems to be struggling every now and then also. I am just concerned that with this art style, the intimated moments between Debby and Isidore won't look that sensual as much as it was described in the novel ): May the Artist overcome these struggles and gift us with amazing work.

So I read the novel, but not sure wtf I read. Jun as a narrator is not reliable, sometime too fickle too immature no logic just impulse. I donno wht the author was thinking in the novel, no plot, no goal, tunnel views, no development. I found the novel literally hard to read in a literature way. On the contrary the manhwa adaption is far better.
