So, I started to read BL quite recently and I have finished about around 25-30 of this genre. Now, after reading BL, I can not go back to reading Shoujo at all. Why did I loose interest in reading Shoujo? Has this happened to anyone else?
yup, me too, i just feel like its mostly p0rn and has no plot, but if someone has some recommendations i would appreciate it
Happens to me sometimes. If I read shoujo and like it I'll want more and more of it and get annoyed by bl works. And vice versa. But mostly I'm the same as you. Read more bl than anything else and grow annoyed by shoujo. Depends on my mood. Interest towards other genres will come back in a few months

After i started reading bl since last year, i can no longer enjoy hetero stories. At first i wanted to force myself to read those but then i just gave up and now i only read bl and gl. I wish i could be enjoy hetero stories again but its not that i regret reading bl. But sometimes i just wish I could enjoy my favourite hetero dramas/manhwas again like inused to
the p0rn in bl lowk altered my brain. i had to give it up for awhile and come back to reading clean manhwa.
The shonen/shoujo kid most people started as never goes away; they just stay dormant for some time. It's quite likely you'll see urself going back to your roots again in the future
in the future you'll get used to both
Uh it's kinda reverse to me, I first stepped in to manhwa/hua/ga world because of BL and got hooked at first (Ahem, I promise it's because of the plot~) and then I stumbled upon Shoujo and damn I was hooked very fast and started reading whatever I get my hands on before loggin in this website and forgot most of em. Anyways, maybe I'm just overreacting and just a reader with a broad range of preferences anyways, you're not alone in this hahaha.
Hi, I am looking for a Manhwa where the FL is actually a villainess and her villain family (count/duke, don’t remember) sent her to marry the duke (silver hair as far as I remember) to keep his family in check. She has father and brother in her family who are all villains. Brother thinks of her sister as his only family and secretly slow poisons the father because of all the abuses and difficult life they had to go through.
The main story goes like she breaks off all the ML's marriage prospects and he had a deadline from the temple to get married. In the end, he had no choice but to marry her. They have horrible communication in their marriage. The FL thinks he has affairs and the ML think she doesn’t love him. But the villainess is hopelessly in love with her husband. So once her brother kills off her father, she said to her brother that she will divorce her husband. She wanted her husband to be free from herself and her villan family, as he is the most upright and just person, completely opposite to her. She also believed her brother was on her side. But her brother kills her husband because in his perspective the husband is not needed anymore. After that, she goes crazy and freezes his body and travel around the world with his dead body in order to find a way to revive him. Everyone from the duke family hated her for that. Finally she found a magician who gave a spell which would grant her wish in exchange for her life. She told the magician that her life is nothing if he can be revived and her only wish is for him to find happiness.
Now with that spell, the villainess regresses before their marriage. She again breaks off the marriage prospects for the ones who had problematic background and waited for him to get together with the lady with whom she thought he was having affair. But unfortunately that lady loved her childhood friend and got married to the friend. And now the duke again didn't have anyone to marry except her. And eventually she marries to him again and this time she asks to tell her his problems and she starts solving them one by one. As he started to fall in love with her again, she started to getting in dying state. But he wanted to be with her to be happy. So now she started to look into ways how not to die even of the spell is complete. She found the magician after many hurdles. But the magician said it’s not possible.
I am dying to know what happens next
