The story flow and pacing is kinda confusing.
Is it the same as the original raw? This feels like.. a collage of scenes. Things happened in one page and on the next page it is a completely different scene.
I think it's flashing back and forth between Mariella making the potions and what those potions are being used for in the labyrinth. It's like watching a show that switches back and forth between an A plot, B plot, and occasional C plot.

This is so entertaining. I wonder if this has a novel continuation. I want to know if Sekai would be able to meet the ranked but with how the upper government reaction.... This kind is open ending is also pretty good, because I can't imagine how the author will be able solve that vs gov. plotline nicely ╮(￣▽￣)╭
I think there was another manga with similar theme where a god/goddess assign the MC to kill the heroes.
