It's been a long time since I first started reading this. But can someone remind me why Gyuha has surgery to remove his pheromones?
It wasn’t his decision. It was his parents when he was very young so he technically didn’t consent to that because he was a child. I think they thought it would be a hard life for him and I do agree that it’s hard but I think it should’ve been his decision.
No, it's actually his decision. The reason why he did the surgery because he hates the feeling he gets when he experienced his first heat (beginning of s1). This also mentioned again in s3, while he doesn't regret that he isn't normal omega and thus can't producing pheromones and he feel sorry that chayong won't feel omega's pheromones ever again.
This isn’t true. It wasn’t his decision. His parents got him the surgery because of the difficult life he would have as a male omega. Not long before they made the decision, a young, male omega committed suicide, and it became a huge media story about the discrimination that male omegas experience. This really scared his father, so they had him get the surgery.
It’s been a while so I think I may have confused it with a different story then because there is one word it wasn’t the guy’s choice to get it removed because he was literally a child so maybe I got it confused
That makes so much more sense because I was literally saying like maybe I got confused because I’ve been reading a couple stories where they do get the sent gland removed so I didn’t know if this like I was right or freaking wrong but what you’re saying does also make complete sense because I don’t remember it being his choice because he was a child wouldn’t happened and technically for decisions like that you shouldn’t be a child to get something permanently removed from your body. It should’ve been like here is this very very specific type of medication because we have so much money we can give you the perfect medication.
