How refreshing to have a story without dumb miscommunication.
At multiple points this author could have stretched out an annoying miscommunication trope. For example, the girl Jinwoo didn’t know or him leaving on the bus without them connecting.
When he showed up in ch 36, Taeyeong was simply happy Jinwoo made it and his response was refreshingly mature considering that boy was spiraling out with toxicity moments before lol. It shows he’s at least capable of reflecting on his thoughts before acting, which is something most of these seme’s never do.
It’s also nice to see Jinwoo choose to go back.
Had he a better relationship with his family it would’ve been understandable if he had gone on the bus, but we as the readers know he was struggling with that decision and it’s really nice to see him take a chance and choose his feelings.
While we don’t know what will happen after the concert- how refreshing to have an author who resolves conflicts and knows how to keep tension in a different way. I hope this author continues to evolve their communication as they both build and recognize their feelings for each other.
