Love the art and the smut. Love the way ml talked mc through it in chap 1 and his teasing side. As much as I was looking forward to this, the story feels way too disjointed and too short. I love the premise and their dynamic. The mc being anxious leading to him to confine ml and ml being a loving teasing freak who willingly got drugged to reassure him. Matching each others freak perfectly and all. I need this to be a longer with scenes more fleshed out and I really really need that cake scene and the ribbon scenarios ml thought of in chap 1 (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

It's not the worst ending but it feels like a season end and not a series end with so much left unexplored. I was expecting to see more chapters of them visiting other places, more plot dealing with the tower and other adventures/"heros”, side couple, etc- only for it to end as a open happy ending with no real main issues concluded??? I literally had to do a double take when I saw
"the end." So many of my fav manhwas have ended sooner than I expected with not so satisfying endings ╥﹏╥
Not that I’m unhappy exactly, I was just expecting something more of the serious side rather than mostly comedic with a side of serious @-@ but it’s a fun read anyways with enemies to lovers/love rivals to lovers, (hopefully) yuri and (doomed?) old man yaoi. I’m kinda confused on the magic part bc I don’t remember any magic things mentioned in the beginning but ig anything is possible with time loops and them being in a story world?

Honestly you're not missing much. The novel isn't that great either. The manhwa is skimming through things, sure, but the novel is not more entertaining even with more content. They're low key the same.
Damn was thinking of maybe reading the novel since I thought it would be more entertaining/deeper or more my style but I might just read the manhwa if they are mostly the same. Thank you for the info though
I don’t hate it but I don’t love it either, I do like ml’s obsessiveness to some degree though. I’ll wait and see how the story and relationship dynamic goes. Art is amazing and story/dynamic is more cliche. Smut is good but on the fence bc of dubcon/rape. Definitely not green or anything (at least for now, hopefully there is a yearning/chasing). MI doesn't know the meaning of consent, always pushy, and fucks mc when he's blackout drunk.
Ml is a manhwhore but currently only fuckbuddies with mc and no one else (still has moments with others like kissing but not sex as far as I know), for now at least. Chap 39 mc realizes that he has feelings for ml, hasn't told him yet but it seems like ml only thinks of him as a fuckbuddy but obsessively so, like he hates thinking mc might be with other people too. Mc is a virgin and ml was his first (I think? or at least Mc says ml is the only one he's hooking up with rn) and Iwk i hate ml knowing that bc it just give him an ego boost.
Im HOPING there's a yearner arc. Hopefully mc doesn't confess first bc he's probably going to get his heart broken, or atleast give a good chasing arc and make ml work for that shit. If this goes like a large part of bls where mc forgives ml way too fast or ml is just a dick and egotistical all the way to the end- I'm going to be disappointed
The cage is giving me vibes of the glass cage from the show “You” but I don’t think ml is the type to hurt mc, hopefully he doesn’t forever lock him up either. The size of the cage is kinda comical, how even big is his room
Ok I already knew coming into this that it probably wouldn’t be the healthiest of relationships but I was hoping it would not get into sa type territory. It looked like it wouldn’t and yet here we are now with chapters 50-51 using sa as a punishment tactic for alcoholism and putting the uke in pain. Pmo ml better be groveling after that (but imo from just the manhwa this looks like the type of story where it will be sweeped under the rug and uke will easily forgive him)
I get ml being mad at mc because mc’s basically killing himself and lied/deceived the ml, but it could have been handled without the sa and it’s such a common toxic trope used as punishment instead of oh idfk COMMUNICATING
It’s not bad, like I can get where some people are coming from with the dubcon/rape but it’s not that bad. Yes ml jerks him off while he’s sleeping but that’s the more tame situation in these types of plots. I wanted it to be at least a little longer so I can see their dynamic after sleeping together and maybe more smut. I do like the hand stuff so give me more of that
