this, and the things i’m hearing about the ML in the comments, are wholly unsurprising if you’ve read and payed attention this far ML was clearly a red flag(i’d consider even black flag) just with the fact that he knew about and attended Paradiso in the first place. like of course he’s a bad guy and does/did and likes/liked fucked up things, it’s very fitting with everything we know so far. everyone in this story is fucked up and i don’t really trust anyone. not even here for the relationship that much anymore, just here for the psychological horror/thriller that it is and to hopefully see MC get some semblance of peace by the end
this was such a great manhwa. the depiction of hypersexuality as a result of trauma and an unhealthy and destructive coping mechanism was very well done.
i also actually loved the open ended ending. i like to imagine they’re in a wholesome polycule but i don’t think it really matters what exact shape their relationship takes, because either way they’ll be there for each other. whether that’s as friends, boyfriends, sex partners, or something else. their loyalty and bond goes beyond relationship labels and i think that’s really beautiful

getting the same vibes in these comments as the ppl upset in the comments of Between the Lines. if yall couldn’t see this angst arc coming idk what to tell u this manhwa is not only light and fluffy and wholesome as some of yall seem to think. it has clear themes of family trauma, insecurities, self identity, and mental health. it deals heavily with the very real life struggles of being queer, and if you couldn’t tell that from s1 and couldn’t see an angst arc along these lines coming then… i fear you have poor reading comprehension.

nobody is that stupid the angst has been subtly here for a while. people are upset because it seems to be implied that he cheated
unfortunately people are that stupid, i’ve seen it first hand. but anybody who’s read BL knows this is most likely going to be some sort of misunderstanding and intentional bad framing as a tense cliffhanger to keep readers interested. i’ll eat my words if i’m wrong but i really don’t see the author throwing in cheating for no reason.
after hearing it’s getting an adaptation i knew i finally had to read it and man…. this is one of the best pieces of BL media i’ve read yet. i’m SOOO fucking excited for the anime!!!!
