I resumed not long ago and sometimes they still show the flashbacks and it really fucking hurts so idk maybe you should let it sit for sometime cus i regret resuming tbh

They are all quite different with a few commonalities such as strong or smart main character in a fantasy supernatural setting. They are also adapted from novels which may explain why they are well written. The adaptations vary in quality, so if you are invested enough, I do recommend reading the novels more.

The novel is so good. The best one I have read. The adaptation has moments, but I hated how the changed the order of the story and inserting smut way too early.

Agree. Cos what's up with that artifact (⊙…⊙ ) maybe they thought the manga was getting too "hunter-y" lol when 3/4 of the novel is all about his trauma 1/4 about how it happened, and the epilogue is their only love story lol

Bc he made seunghyun think he was dirty and scrub himself that one night, and called him annoying when he came to tell him seunghyun was sick

tbh both the unc and brother are well within their rights to not trust seunghyeon and chaejun respectively, absolutely loved how the author managed to get that point across without antagonizing anyone

Actually nah, the uncle was more unjustified. He made a huge assumption from clothes on the ground and tried to get them to separate years later. The uncle had never met kid MC and only met current MC, who is nice. He has no actual basis for kid MC being a bully.

The brother at least met kid Chaejun and talked to him about the situation, as well as witnessed the MC’s extreme actions. The brother makes more sense to not like chaejun.

Now think about it. The uncle found that uniform with his unconscious nephew, assumed Seunghyun is behind the locked accident just right after Chaejun say he want taekwondo. At the moment, maybe he think the possibility of Seunghyun bullying him.
Do you guys think the uncle confront them and blame Seunghyun directly??

Maybe that is why his brother hate Chaejun because he causing Seunghyun more trouble when he know his brother will never do that kind of thing.

But then again... What is really happen to Seunghyun at this moment? Why did he also lost his memory about this event. Maybe this is add more reason for his brother to hate Chaejun.

the unc thought that seunghyeon was bullying chaejun and that he was the one who locked chaejun in the storage which in turn caused him to develop severe insomnia, i am all for unc lashings but putting myself in his shoes, if something similar happened to my brother id loss my shit too

That’s still just his own assumption…he has zero proof. And he held that grudge YEARS later. Confronted MC, said, “you locked him in there, so break up.”

The uncle can hate mc all he wants, but the bigger issue is the fact that he made up his mind that mc did it, and wanted mc to leave him without any facts whatsoever. Anyone who jumps to conclusions like that and accuses the person to their face- is the one in the wrong. He didn’t have any right to go behind his nephew back and ruin his relationship based off his own assumptions. If I put myself in the uncle’s shoes, I wouldn’t have made the assumption that a kid locked him in there in the first place. If I saw the uniform on the ground, I would’ve thought something bad happened to the kid that lost his clothes, instead. Also was the storage ever proven to be locked? Is there even a lock on the outside? Since the storage was unlocked every time they used it. The door was only blocked by object, so idk how the uncle thought anyone was able to lock him inside.

I also did not read all of it lol BUT my only uncle defense is that chaejun did call him a jerk and stuff so I could see thinking he was a bully. honestly its poor baby chaejuns mouth that caused many problems LMAO
