If you're enough time on the internet it really doesn't even feel like they're not there all the time tbh. I have online friends that I met on groups from like +10 years ago now, and I honestly consider them my best friends even above my offline friends, because I got those from high school and we just haven't talked much ever since then. I used to drive a lot, so sometimes I would think, what if I fall off from that bridge. What if I just, jump from it. Using my car like it wouldn't ever happen, I'm a responsible driver etc, but it's been a relief to not drive much nowadays since it was annoying. It doesn't happen as much anymore since I rarely have to drive now. So that's nice lo...... reply

I'm not a psychologist or anything but I've had that feeling as well, the sudden feeling of dreand and hopelessness and helplessness.
I think that, as cliche as this sounds, you should get both professional help and find people to talk about this with— I get not wanting to trauma dump on your frie...... 1 reply
