I'm not sure either but jujucat confirmed on his dc that it was the 'new' site and that he's uploading there
It hasn't been confirmed that the new site is official, so I wouldn't trust it unless it's confirmed to be the new official site. It might be a fake site so you shouldn't login since it might hack your email so it's best to not login.
Idk I heard you can use it but people recommend that you shouldn't sign in because it could steal your info or something...

The responses are conflicting because nothing has been confirmed.
What we do know;
- The rights to the site is basically under new management, but they have not said anything themselves. If a website exists, it’s not the same people from before.
- Whenever a site like this goes down, it is very common for scammers to capitalize on the situation and target previous users by creating scam sites using its name. So exercise caution and do not provide your email.
