I also have a stutter and it does get frustrating to the point of tears and high anxiety so i relate to Ruri. Maybe other commenters can't relate and just find it annoying. The other tropes in this are pretty manga fiction cliche but aren't really bothersome imo
Hope it gets better for you. I read this years ago and also find it a bit like overreacting but re-reading this now when I got a friend who stutter, I get where you come from. We almost went friendship over because I told them it was annoying and hard to take which caused a misunderstanding because I was not careful with my words. (I have a pretty blunt personality) Reading it in fiction and experiwncing it in reality is diff. I said annoying cos of how people look at them like it's abnormal when they're talking and hard to take cos my inner self want to stab those judging eyes but I have to remain calm. Like fuck, it's a condition. It's not like you wanted to stutter. It's only weird and maybe bad (by individual standards) when you know nothing.
