I feel like I just watched a Quentin Tarantino film. I seriously have whiplash from the jerking around the scenes were doing. @_@ Cute, but somewhat hard to follow at times.

This doesn't really have anything to do with this manga, but I'm pretty sure Ueda Niku had another manga listed until just recently. I can't remember the name, but it was about a guy named Ayumu who's an average salary man who's gay and falls in love with either his boss or just a coworker (whose name I can't remember) who's a little strange but uber sweet. What happened to this manga, it's just gone, no matter where I look for it. It's one of my absolute favorites, and it makes me sad it doesn't seem to exist anymore.

Everyone's saying that the seme had shaved himself to be able to ingratiate himself to the uke by having a similar complex, but he only found out about the tiny dick like 2 seconds before entering the bathroom where Todo was bathing, and from what I can tell, they were all sharing a room and that was the only bathroom for that room, and the only other one was the shared bath which had everyone else in it. So I don't think he'd have had time to shave himself. And the color page showed the hair to be light brown and not black. Most people, drapes match the curtains, ya know? Not to mention, the ExiledRebels convo at the end saying they had shaved Nemo. So, just my thoughts, but I think it's likely he really did have no pubic hair.
However, I do think he was a bit manipulative. Just jacking off like that, no man will grow longer, or else there would never be a need to have penis-extension surgeries, as every man would have 12-inchers. And if he'd really did his research like he'd said, he'd know that simply massaging inverted nipples to be outside won't actually fix the issue. It'll pop 'em out for a bit, but then they'll sink back in. I do believe Yamamoto was taking advantage in that aspect, but I also really do think he was bald there.

The colored page is fan colored. The scanlators themselves made it. So they might have misunderstood. Hence, the conversation saying nemo is shaved is wrong too.

I'm a little confused about something. Yuzuru's coworker/friend guy that has a crush on him, Masazumi. He's JUST a friend and coworker, right? And Tomoe is Yuzuru's literal blood-related cousin. So, why does Masazumi have the authority to say that, should Yuzuru chase Asahi, neither he nor Tomoe will be around for him anymore? Like, I don't get it? Pretty sure, if she wants to visit her cousin, a (at that time now) former friend of said cousin shouldn't have much say, right?
i imagine them distancing themselves from yuzuru and not being as reliable (ofc they will see each other every now and then but not as often). masazumi says "if you come back crying" imo that means if yuzuru comes back heartbroken and wanting some kind of support which in his case is caretaking they won't help him because they can't bear it. yuzuru only needs them as a relative and a friend but they want something more and hate those roles they are given

Junjou Romantica as it should have been. Clear communication, consent, actually reciprocated feelings, misunderstandings quickly cleared up, COMMUNICATION. Yes, I said this twice, because it's just that important. Now, if only Usagi-san and Misaki can read this and take notes.
But there's no way this is finished. Like they said, this is just the beginning. What about Kotaro's mom? Chief? Araki? ...To a lesser degree, Kyujo. Sorry, I know they tried to redeem him and flesh out his character, but I never really did come to like him much. Or Araki for that matter. Hell, only chief is actually worth the time reading about as a side character, to be honest. Just give me a story about him and more about Kotaro and Ayumi please!
Yeah I do agree Misaki and Usagi-san SHOULD take notes but I have to say in comparison to SH( I abbreviated it as I have a hard time remembering the title I think it was something like Seikaishi Hatsukoi?) I think Junjou Romantica does a better job. (⌒▽⌒)
But as far as misunderstandings, consent and communication this series does handle it better, that is not to say I HATE Junjou Romantica now, I LOVE it and will forever LOVE it as it is my first yaoi I ever read/watched so it will always hold a special place in my heart. (▰˘◡˘▰)
But even with LOVING a series I can still take note of some of the flaws it can have or are bound to have in series and that goes for any series not just Junjou Romantica. (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
And yes I don't think the series is finished according to a commenter they said they looked it up on a website somewhere and because that website did not have the complete word on it they believed it was still going as that is how that website works I guess. Also there is a commenter above that provides a link that states the series is continuing with another arc. ヾ(☆▽☆)
