Followed the recipe from vol2 ch7 pg28 and it was simply scrumptious. I made a triple batch... couldnt find dashi broth exacrly but picked up a broth base with bonito and kelp which was basically the same thing. The broth is absolutely delicious and the flavor of the mushrooms was sooooo good. I dont usually even like mushrooms. Anyway 10/10 recipe and manga and now I have a bunch of udon in my freezer for later #WIN
