Followed the recipe from vol2 ch7 pg28 and it was simply scrumptious. I made a triple batch... couldnt find dashi broth exacrly but picked up a broth base with bonito and kelp which was basically the same thing. The broth is absolutely delicious and the flavor of the mushrooms was sooooo good. I dont usually even like mushrooms. Anyway 10/10 recipe and manga and now I have a bunch of udon in my freezer for later #WIN

The only problem with this manga is that its too short honestly. I wish we had more time to develop the ending. An arc of the seme being angry and disagreeing with the uke, the uke struggling to come to terms with that but believing in his convictions. Oooh orthe seme figuring out a way to make like, incubated babies so the birth rate wouldnt decline anymore. I still thiught it was good and loved then living in a little village but it ended on a bittersweet note.
