you should pretty much get your hands on raws first
Theres kind of two paths into translating, one is individual translating and two is group translating
Group translating:
1. Have some decent skill of both English and the language you are translating (Korean, Japanese, Chinese, etc)
2. Contact individual groups (on discord, Instagram, etc) that’s looking for translators. There are lots out there so you have to search for them. If you have a specific manhwa/manga/manhua you want to translate for then you can ask to join in.
3. Wait for response and follow their procedures
Individual translating:
1. Have some decent skill of both English and the language you are translating (Korean, Japanese, Chinese, etc)
2. Find a manhwa/manga/manhua that’s either dropped by other translators or just have no translators at all ( please don't upload over other translators)
3. Buy raws from offical websites or find them on illegal Korean websites
4. Get a good editing/drawing program and start translating, typesetting, redrawing, etc
Do keep in that illegal translating could possibility get you into legal troubles as you are basically stealing from author’s profits. So it’s not 100% safe.
To upload the chapters, theres an upload chapter button on top of the chapters section. Then just follow mangago’s instructions stated on the page
