I don't necessarily believe in love (which is why I like BL, since it's a fantasy. Most of the time, anyways...) so when any manga has a character falling out of love and instead coming to love someone who has been longing for them for a long time, I can't help but be dubious about it! Does he really loves him? Or is he just glad to finally be loved instead of the one hopelessly loving someone? Maybe its because there were only 4 chapters (and almost zero development between Ohagi and Monji. I mean, c'mon, that's too sudden) but I don't really feel anything for them as couple? Though I do like how the manga portrayed the harshness of loving someone one-sidedly. That was the only highlight for me tbh.
I can't understand why anyone would support Masahito. Their sex scene was some high level of dub/noncon. Yusuke was at his worst; two of his friends confessed to him out of nowhere making him feel confused and torn and this guy spouts some bullshit about Yuu not pursuing his own happiness and pressures him into sex. The poor guy was shaking! You can just sense how afraid he was.
Some BL fans look past everything, man. Truly astonishing.
Also, Soji was a coward??!? Yeah, guess what, so was Masahito! And Yusuke! They all acted cowardly! Lmao, why would you hate on him for being considerate. At least he had a reason to act they way he did. And he tried to change himself for Yusuke! How can ya'll look past that?
Personally, I liked how Soji thought he "tainted" Yu just because he masturbated to him compared to Masahito who thought him forcing himself on Yu was what made them end up together. (?! what the fuck dude)
I did, however, like how the matter of Masahito's feeling was concluded. It was kinda different. The ending was heartwarming.
Why are some people grumbling about the 14 years thing? At the start of the manga doesn't he says they kissed for the first time on the 8th year of knowing each other and had sex a year after? That means it took him 4-5 years to realize his feelings, which honestly isn't very uncommon.
People assume the uke has been in love with him since they first met 14 years ago however we don't know that for sure.Even if that was the case since their relation became sexual only a few years ago I agree with you on this.Besides the uke is also at fault, he should have confessed as soon as they kissed for the first time...it's not the seme's fault imo.
I agree. Actually, I dont think the uke was in love or if so, he realized his feelings recently. Im positive he was about to tell the seme about going out when he got interrupted.
So, I'm at chapter 5 right now but was it ever explained why the card Atsumu picked up was changed from Jack (in chapter 1) to 8 of diamond? So confused!
It seems like it was changed so that the second couple would be more compelling.
Ah, I see. Thanks!
