while i do think people are capable of change, the siblings coming to terms with her mistreatment feels a bit weird. the sister feels a lot more genuine than the brother but even still it’s weird how they are rlly trying to come around. hope the eldest stays that way he’s a piece of shit and the father

honestly wish the husband wasn’t subhuman cause they’re clearly two people with a lot of misunderstandings about one another. in another life it could’ve worked out had they talked but a lot has soured (especially on the husbands part). honestly i think a redemption direction could’ve been sweet in its own way but she deserves a lot better than that
lol this is just awful great art and sex scenes but that’s it. for some reason manhwa authors have to always find a way to make sexual assault, rape and many other things a crux for some “beautiful romance”. didn’t need half of that shit. just a fucking mess and handled so poorly like lol.
i think the story is okay. it’s self indulgent, a bit too much i think. the pacing is very slow and it constantly brings up her fears in dating Tae ha and really leaves the story in a stalemate. I don’t think it’s necessarily a bad thing for her to be so hesitant, it makes perfect sense but if feels so stagnant and that we’re not witnessing her grow as a person or character as much as we could.
From this chapter I get the idea that this is actually a narrative recount from his bodyguards perspective from that one scene in the chapter and they actually never make it. Which…the relationship was built on lies at least on Taehas end so it’s to be expected but still kinda whack. I’d like it if he treated her a bit more honestly and earnest,and I’m still hooked but it’s a bit disappointing how every chapter just feels like more of the same
i know that they’re trying to make her life seem extremely tragic by proxy of the supporting characters, but the brothers backstory in particular feels gross. i know he suffered a lot but that’s genuinely not her fault and she was wrong for hitting him but he told her to die, like you don’t do that. and this whole anger is so misplaced which can be realistic but it feels like they’re writing him this way for the sake of it and i hate that. i would genuinely love to see them reconcile. she’s trying a lot
a bit miffed by the characterization of everyone kind of all around. the female lead is alright but i think her background is too rooted in grief. i DO think death and loss can give a character a very complex background but it seems like she’s suffering for the sake of it and the writing is not actually making any effort to make her interesting.
the male lead is just annoying. yes i know she’s a stranger but like his whole rude schtick isn’t cute. and i wish for the love of god people would stop being so obtuse about shit like OMG just tell her what the hell musicians are
i want to like this but the dialogue is painfully obnoxious and drawn out with the side characters. my god we get it he’s a fucking idiot. it feels like they’re rehashing the same joke and it’s like can we get on with this shit.
i’m not sure what his objective is as of yet. it seems like he wants the teacher as a trophy and yet i feel like it’s not that simple…but the way he’s isolating her and ruining her life i don’t know. this is gripping though. and the art is great
