Perhaps because I binged read this for two days and a half, or it was due to the fact that this was my first time reading something of this genre (as someone who came from bl manhwas all my life), but I genuinely enjoyed this one. It was worth the while, staying up all night just because I was hooked. First thing I noticed when I started reading was how I sincerely loathed both Rashta and Sovieshu, and questioned many things —which I won’t be stating one by one as it may take up a lot of time—, but overtime, I started to see just how well everything was made. I’m not saying that there weren’t any plot holes at all, but, well… you get what I mean. I especially loved how Sovieshu regretted everything and groveled on his feet, serves him right. I also enjoyed how Navier, despite having had feelings for him before, never showed any weakness in front of him or let him sway her. Heinry, too. He’s such a loyal puppy and it was so fun seeing him all head over the heels for Navier. As the main story finally came to an end, I’m excited for the side stories featuring different romantic pairs and how the author will handle things from now on. As for Rashta, well… she was such an interesting character even if I did hate her. I could never bring it to myself to forgive her, even now. But if you just take a pause and think about it, she was indeed fairly innocent—only for that to be corrupted and taken away as she drowned herself with wrong decisions, ultimately taking on the wrong path. Yes, it was her fault, but the blame should also be to those that have approached and surrounded her, which led to her becoming the “villain.” Well, I won’t defend her, as —again— it was still her fault for making things even worse. But might I just say that the biggest factor was due to her being influenced? Perhaps she was never meant to step foot inside the palace, after all. I can’t exactly explain it as eloquently as others might have, but I truly pitied her. I always wondered how it would have been if things ended differently for her. Regardless, I can’t say for certain that Sovieshu deserved the ending he got. While Rashta was a trashy person, Sovieshu is partly responsible and to blame, too. But seeing him in that depressed state or whatever it may be, I guess that it’s fine too. I thought that the main story was still ongoing so I had a thought that Sovieshu might ultimately meet his demise as well, but I was shocked, to say, that it had ended. Still, I’m happy with the outcome. At least Navier’s happy now with Heinrey and their kids.
P.s. I know this sounds silly, but my favorite character was Duke Ergi. He had me giggling every time he appears on the panel, though I didn’t like what he did to Rashta that led her astray, but he’s such an interesting character. I’m really hoping to see more of him in the side stories. I have a feeling he’d be paired with Libetti? Lebetti? It’s sad, but oh well.

I mean, I was pretty neutral with it. After reading monday’s savior —it’s not good, help—, I saw that the author had another story and I went to check it out which led me here, but holy shit. I couldn’t even get past the whole chaps, I was just scrolling and skimming. It would have been a “bit” okay, but the part that the top went and said that he hoped that he had taken in the bottom when the bottom was young —meaning a toddler— so he could feed him bottles, that’s just… help. The author has a kink… a kink called Epstein kink which obviously would lead you to jail.
Ahhh, I returned for the side stories and it was so worth the wait! ლ(´ڡ`ლ) they’re my favorite couples, really. I love this manhwa so much, top tier and a 10/10 for the artstyle, the characters, and the plot. Though I have to take note of Seowoon’s obsession with sex and him being way too horny. I’m really glad Taemun said it out loud and confronted Seowoon about it, but I didn’t like how it was… you know, just that and then easily moved on to the next. But overall, I love Seowoon’s weird and chaotic energy so much, that was the very reason that drew me into this manhwa in the very first place. But especially so the way that the artist drew them, like augehhehehehe the anatomy is to die for. I don’t really mind if it’s anatomically correct or not, but it’s so refreshing seeing a well-drawn manhwa, not just the rendering, as an artist myself. Anyway! I can’t wait for more stories from them, hopefully it’s not a toxic bl next but something lighthearted and comedic, too, just like this one.
I came back for the updates but only two chapters so far… well, it seems like there’s really no bl here lmao, don’t get your hopes up darlings! I was hoping there would be a bl twist between the MC’s brother and the blond hot dude —which is also the brother’s best friend—, but with the newest chapter (ch.6) it’s looking like the brother would be paired with the shaman(?) woman. ANYWAY! I don’t like the MC’s classmate, why is he being a jerk just because he went through something? Regardless, I’m excited for more, lol.
