Four chapters. That's all it took.
Some stories need hundreds of chapters to leave an impact.
This one needed four.
What the actual hell.
I don't usually analyze literature on a deep symbolic level, so I'm sure there were a lot of hidden meanings and metaphors that went right over my head... but even without catching all of that, this story hit me like a truck.
It was disturbing, unsettling, and impossible to forget.
More than anything, I was just relieved that the bottom finally escaped that horrible place and everything that came with it. After everything that happened, I just wanted him to be free.
My biggest complaint?
IT ENDED.
No, seriously. I desperately need a continuation, a sequel, a prequel, a longer version—anything. Four chapters were nowhere near enough.
And can we PLEASE talk about the art?
I've genuinely never seen another story with an art style like this. Every panel felt unique, haunting, and unforgettable. It matched the atmosphere perfectly.
So if anyone knows another manga/manhwa with a similar art style or the same kind of eerie vibe... PLEASE recommend it to me.
I'm ready to get emotionally traumatized all over again. ♡
Guys somebody suggest me a good straight smut manhwa.

I really, really want to read a good slow-burn BL. I’m honestly tired of stories where the characters are intimate every second chapter. I want a story that makes me giggle, makes me feel the tension between the characters, and builds their connection slowly.
I’ve read a lot of BLs, but lately I haven’t been able to find one that truly hits that spot. I want to fall in love with the characters first—to understand their personalities, their chemistry, and their emotional bond before they get into a romantic relationship.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a BL like this?

Hwang Young's Misery
I remember watching the original Misery years ago, and that movie alone was enough to traumatize me.
So I thought I knew what I was getting into.
...I was wrong.
Somehow, this BL adaptation left me even more emotionally drained.
What I love about psychological stories is also what makes them so difficult to read. You understand everyone's pain, everyone's frustration, and the reasons behind their actions... but understanding them doesn't mean you can justify what they do.
That's exactly how I felt here.
I couldn't fully side with anyone, and I couldn't completely hate anyone either.
The only person I truly felt sorry for was the poor third party who got caught in the middle of all this chaos.
Even after finishing it, I kept asking myself, "Was that really the ending?" It leaves you with so many emotions and questions that don't disappear once you close the last chapter.
This is also why I rarely read psychological stories. They're not about finding the hero or the villain. They're about human nature—how people can be kind, cruel, selfish, loving, broken, and desperate all at once.
There are no perfect green flags or obvious red flags here. Just deeply flawed human beings.
