Contrary to the popular consensus, I actually LOVE this series! I knew, I signed up for something toxic and ZIG totally delivered on that ! Actually KML, is pretty tame in its' toxicity scale compared to others.
Also another unpopular opinion, I think Keith it's pretty likeable and tolerable. I actually enjoyed his characterisation a lot: a proud and prideful person to a fault of not admitting his wrong doings, and will get what he wants without other people's regards, who considers being vulnerable as a weakness. I love that he learned to be more compassionate towards Yeonwoo in the ss(wish this could have been more prominent in the main story but maybe in the novel is different?), and is genuinely a good father but is still the same character that he's always been. Still a douche but not the kind that would make me cuss at him. (Gotta love Zig's characterisation consistency) He could have been an almost 8/10 of character for me, had it not been for the r*pe chapter
People out here be fighting making hasty conclusions, I think some of y'all need to have patience and wait for the story to unfold before making any conclusions, and practise some critical think skills while we're at it: learn to read between the lines and not just read what's in front of you mindlessly.
Anyway, I'm still at the beta can't impregnate omega stop. That's the one weird world building tidbit, that I don't think I can ever understand. It puzzles me as a choice to this day. It's one thing if, the omega can't get pregnant because of fertility issues. Honestly, it'd would have been a better and deeper story for the Chowon and can't remember the beta's dude name rn. They both want children but can't because the beta dude has fertility issues or something. That's why they went to sperm donation route. God, that would have been so good!
Hopefully, I can explain this best way as possible without confusing you but in this world building I’m guessing the author went with if you’re an omega obviously you have a heat cycle and if you’re an alpha, you have a rut cycle those two cycles, then have to line up in order to have a successful pregnancy and because both of their parents or one of their parents is a beta that’s not going to happen. But again, like I said, I’m just guessing here.
Nah, what you said made sense. I do get it from that perspective overall it's still really weird. It's like saying you can only get pregnant when you ovulate, y'know? We can get pregnant outside of ovulation, even if the possibility is lower. The omega can't get pregnant from beta doesn't make any logical sense in my mind.
Obviously, abo isn't realistic but there's a certain logic it follows that's logical to us humans(heat cycle = period cycle for example). Same goes for most fantasy media. But when that fantasy doesn't follow the real life logic we're familiar with, in fantasy settings it feels weird because it's illogical to us.

I think it is infertility issues but they're on the omegas side, no? Like they're much more infertile and that I why they only impregnate when in sync with an alphas cycle, when they're at their most fertile. Which I think is why betas can't impregnate omegas, since they don't go into rut they never get that fertility boost to supplement omegas lack of fertility. But that's how I interpreted it ╮(￣▽￣)╭ (sorry for language, i'm not native!)

Baby Raphiel's daddies issues run so deep that he's dating the man the same age, if not slightly older than Kloff.... ┗( T﹏T )┛ The mtl was a bit unclearly but it seems they met by chance at some concert/event, and Wolflake hinted and helped Raphiel (with Hugo's help) to uncover the truth of who's their real papa is. I'm so heartbroken for the kids, especially Raphiel since he took the revelation more personally than anyone!
