I don't want to rush this chapter, and so am taking my time to make sure everything's perfect before posting the final result, and so with that, I won't be posting the chapter for a bit longer. Sorry to those of you who are waiting patiently, but look forward to it being slightly higher quality in return : ) Love ya < 3

Life is kicking me down again. My hard drive fell, and now is at a 37 percent health rating... if I don't move my files now, I risk losing years of data. I am going to multi-task organizing my memory, and doing the translation, because thankfully my translation setup is entirely separate from my main pc. It will still unfortunately dramatically slow down my progress >0> I'm on page 9-10 of fixing up the dialogue of the final draft, and then I only have the SFX to translate and place. I also want to write a personal note about my thoughts, and feelings, as well as some personal head canons that I have gathered after heavily delving into the psychology of the characters. I do however want to wait till after I translate the authors note, because it could include a detailed Q&A and Artwork of their future in some way. So I will probably pair my unofficial translator note after my translation of the author's note.
I can confirm the last chapter is cute as all hell, and wraps up the story perfectly without leaving too many loose ends (Trying not to spoil anything, while still hyping up the ending). Also, I usually don't cry when watching or reading anything, but the ending of Can't Think Straight has become so deeply personal to me that I can't help but tear up over it. I've spent almost 2 years emotionally connecting with them, so it feels difficult to let go. I honestly feel like I don't want to finish it so quickly, and maybe that's why I am taking extra time to translating the panels meticulously, because subconsciously I know, that once it's posted, I lose all my previous attachment to it. I don't think I've every felt like this before, even when translating my previous unofficial translation's final chapter (Missing Love- A Married Man 58-78) . It's not a bullseye comparison, but the song "Death bed (coffee for your head)" comes to mind. That song perfectly conveys that feeling of wanting to prolong something that's enviable from ending (Giving her boyfriend coffee to keep him awake, so he doesn't pass away) It sounds like such a fluffy song until you read the lyrics... jeez.
But, back to the main reason for my comment, I just got this hard drive barely over a year ago and it was hella expensive (7TB of space expensive), and I am positive I never paid for a warranty... Not so fun fact I just learned, hard drives are non repairable once they have a low health score, so it's garbage now. The worst part is that my other hard drives with lower memory, and that I've had for years, are at perfect health levels... so not fair T^T. I can't afford a new hard drive right now, so I am having to compress my files down to split between 3 other hard drives. The amount of time, stress, and energy to get through this while being on a ticking clock for not only posting the chapter, but moving the files before the hard drive dies is legit going to make my mental health worse... I need a drink for this shit lol
Ohhh sweetheart that sounds awful. I hope you can sort your hard drive situation. That sounds so stressful! And I totally get you not wanting to post the last chapter. I sometimes delay reading the final chapters of a manhwa as well. But I guess all good things come to an end whether we like it or not╥﹏╥. Good luck with everything that's going on (⌒▽⌒)
I am posting without any extras added for right now, but they do exist, so I'll add them when I have time. Also, if I screwed up on anything, typos or whatnot, please let me know so I can fix it < 3 Enjoy the last chapter, and I will post the author's note within the week for you guys < 3
