Sensei updated her pixivfanbox box to confirm that she been busy due to traveling to Taiwan. She drew Middle school yacchan and states that he is a spoiled brat and is good at getting want he wants. But in contrast he has a big brother side to him. He wants people to depend on him. if Kashima would rely on him, he would faint.
The author been pretty quiet for awhile so I do believe there will be a new chapter this month. Hope so anyway.
It seems like it going to be up to Toono to get Kashima to open himself up to him. Remember throughout this series for years it always been Kashima being the straightforward one when it comes to his feelings for Toono but kept a lonely side to him as many people (Not even Yacchan) knows. So meeting someone like Toono changed that for him. Kashima has been working hard this whole time and give away everything even if it meant that he liked. (including Toono) Even in this chapter, Kashima wouldn't tell Toono what's going on even though he was close to him and in vice versa. Toono doesn't bring up what happened when he was dealing with his feelings in chapter 33, leaving Kashima in the unknown. (When Kashima explained everything he said and chapter 33 why he said "nothing happened" and even went futher asking Toono what was wrong)sensei again just had Toono's words cut off in this chapter. (Every time its his feelings for Kashima)And now Yacchan is in the mix with his feelings out as well but it doesn't seem to be heading in that direction. So I believe it be Toono be the one to come to terms with his feelings and chase after Kashima this time. (Which would be a nice change for once as his new feelings of 'want' or his desires are starting to comes out)
What I kind of noticed that its kind of sad as Yacchan, who took after Kashima's shadow, who wanted him as model, who is his cousin and friend. And yet, Yacchan doesnt seems to noticed or care that something is wrong with Kashima? In fact Yacchan didnt even noticed that he loved pudding. Only Toono continues to noticed. And yacchan confesses his feelings for Toono in the mist of all these things happening. I get it and understand that Yacchan needs to give it his all but at the same time, why cant he care for his cousin a bit more? Especially considering that Kashima appreciate Yacchan and even gives him credit for getting into photography in the first place? While Yacchan was sick in chapter 16, Kashima was going to check in on him only for Yacchan to tell him "dont come." When Kashima was sick in chapter 20, Toono, who is very shy got the confidence to talk to his friends in the cafeteria to ask about Kashima to find out he was sick and only Toono went out of his way to give him medicine like he did with the pudding in chapter 15. It really sad for Kashima who has cared for his cousin while Yacchan tells him to get lost or disappear and tell Kashima that he takes everything he wants even though Yacchan was trying to steal Kashima first love away from him. It just seems to me that Yacchan doesnt really know Kashima at all and yet he blames him for everything in his life without really knowing anything about his cousin.
People need to calm down about the female lead. People were complaining about another story called happy marriage female lead as well. Read the plot as this is a character that is very negative about herself. I know a few people re like this and apparently the author was inspired from her friend. There are people that act like this. The male lead takes noticed and bluntly tells her that. But in return helps her grow. Might be a bit frustrating at first but in later volumes, mostly in volume 4 she changes. It not easy to be self confident. The the male lead is bi btw and even he isn’t prefect either. I’m on volume 9 and it great series, just give it some room to grow.
