I truly loved this story so much, I think each chcaracter has their own complexities and they were clearly flawed but not so much that I would hate them (aside from seowoo's dad fuck that guy).
Yi-hwa i empathised with her situation so much, sometimes you feel that throwing it all away is better than confronting your fears, and she saw that reflection in early seowoo so she called it out,, She was a catalyst to building Seowoo's character and I'm very happy that she garnered the courage to admit her feelings and the truth to Hayoung in the end, it was very bittersweet to see the onesided love finally be rejected.
I loved both Seowoo and Hayoung's characters too, for Seowoo I can feel the pressure of her conservative family and the consistent diminishing of her feelings, holding herself back from her full potential. I'm so glad she had the courage to get out, and that she has Hayoung there to support her, and her sister too. You can tell how much she's grown and she has both a very mature and childish side to her, it's very real.
As for Hayoung I actually liked her miscommunication plotpoint more than a lot of yuris, she had been left and tossed around never with a stable love, and with the one person who did love her left out of nowhere as soon as she finally felt stable, it really breaks down every ounce of trust you built with love and safety. I'm so glad the resolve wasn't extremely dragged out, and she was the one to go to Seowoo (even if Seowoo texted her first i think hayoung would've come to realise and done it). She has been through so much and she finally has a safe space where she can dream and she can fulfill those love fantansies you see in films.
This story was truly beautiful and well written and I'm so glad to have read this, true filmclub yuri peak right here...
I'm really not a fan of dub-con, and the relationship between the chinchilla and the snake is extremely messy and confusing to be frank. I understand that Youqing was in love with Suyan and that's the whole reason she tried to seduce Roulin, but she never posted the videos. It seems that fact is just brushed off to the side, unexplained and just a plotpoint thrown in there to show how freaked up Roulin is..
With their relationship as well, does Youqing like Roulin, what was Suyan and Roulin's relationship that got mixed up there when Rouling seems to have only been interested in Youqing?? All of this is extremely confusing, is Youqing a kind of tsundere or is she still only there for Roulin for monetary gain?
And with the consistent dub-con, aside from when Youqing was in heat that one time, but you can also argue that it was out of her control she seems to act in a drunken state.. You could say that for Roulin too since she gets more consistent heat and is trying to suppress those beastly urges; she is definitely caring for Youqing and is kind to her its just like a switch flipping whenever sex is involved. There is consistent denial for touch from Youqing, and maybe that's cuz she's a tsundere or whatever but i really dont know, it's just a bit too much and I can't exactly feel comfortable when someone is saying stop and the other person is basically having angry sex...
I'm hoping this gets explained in the future obviously, but right now it seems a bit all over the place. I think they need a long and proper conversation, not just fucking or getting touched all the time,, I know they're beasts and they get in heat but come on, too many plotholes for a story that literally calls out plotholes for the movie they're making....
Genuinely felt like 20 trucks running over my body multiple times i have a love hate relationship with onesided love yuris.. God this was genuinely so beautiful and I'm so happy my lovelies got a happy ending they deserve it <3 I especially enjoy the look into different kinds of love, how Eri's love for Fuyuki was just as strong as hers just maybe not in the "typical" romantic sense. (people can be demiromantic after all) It's so beautiful I can't stress this enough oh my god.. This is very realistic to true life too, I felt so many personal emotions with this story. Kyou was an absolute ass for cheating at the time but its their friendship and I'm glad they could all reconcile since Eri really didn't have feelings for him to begin with. All in all the story was so lovely and ik some people think Eri's denial was dragged out but when you see others feeling romance in a completely different way than you do, you can feel so isolated in that feeling and not understand it at all until it might be too late. Love comes in many different forms
The story is insanely beautiful and I love it a lot I just feel off since it's a student x teacher relationship.. There is a level of authority that the teacher has and the age gap so I can't say I really like this story as much as I'd like to since that was all was lingering in the back of my head. I will say this story is beautifully written and I love the premise, it should've been excecuted with maybe a 3rd year and 1st year or smth rather than a whole ass teacher. Still love the author though

Alright I was so fucking confused reading this icl,, literally a love pentagon LMAO I wish they fleshed out the story a little more, I feel like since the focus was on so many characters it was extremely hard to keep up with. Also I didn't exactly understand Teacher Yun.. I think it was quite odd how she'd hook up with her students (I know she got with the ones who graduated but still.. thinking about 17 year old Ha-jeong like that is weird asf). I do like the pairings at the end I think it ended up well, but it was far too fast paced and we didn't really get to see Yeonhee and Yena make up in any way even though they had been friends for so long,, I would think they'd at least have one conversation no?? Even years after... Idk I just think the story could have been a lot more,,
