My mom unintentionally caught a glimpse of a bl manga panel because I totally forgot what I was doing before receiving a call and passing her the phone to talk afterwards. After she hung up , the panel showed and it was a so awkward moment because she is a very conservative old fashioned person yet she didn't say a thing and kept talking to me as if nothing happened. Now I just wanna take my stuff and disappear into thin air

well that's really an embarrassing and awkward situation. if it happens to me, i think i won't be in this world anymore . but, since your mom didn't say anything and talk to you like nothing happened, i think you should just go with it. i mean you're a grown up already, and even if your mom is a very conservative old fashioned person, if she did not say anything than so be it. i think that's better than she doing something to you or something that can make your relationship with her become bad
