He doesn't bully him per se, but I also think people misunderstood what happened in recent chapters, noone of mc injuries was Yohan fault, not even his hand. Yohan was super bitter about Jun ignoring him and stopping interacting with him - it was Jun that decided to isolate him after Yohan didn't talked to him after their argument, and Yohan was so petty about it to the point of not helping Jun when others started to bully him.
Now that they "reconciled" Yohan doesn't bully Jun, but Jun still didn't forgive him for what happened, and that's why he will be on edge, and also because of how unhinged Yohan behavior always is. So there will be super emotional drama between them, but no bulling from Yohan toward Jun anymore.
I recommend to read the novel, because it was portrayed really nice, all their obsessions and feelings are the context that is missing in the comic adaptation
