MC has a big brother thats super important but kinda evil and MC is a researcher iirc and he had some unusual fetish that the ML had, the ML is a lizard beastfolk and the beastfolk live in a some kind of holes on the ground. The human hates beastfolk and throw them out of the city so thats why they have to live in a hole in a dessert. The title has 'life' in it
