This is originally a novel but this guy's obsession runs DEEP. Not just fluff, there's lots of angst and you'll have to yell at him a few times before he realizes he can't let the other guy go, totally recommend

My list never disappeared, but the notifications did, and today I started getting some notifications again. It's slowly getting fixed. A lot of new people have joined these past few days, and some things might not be working perfectly, but they're working on it, and it takes time. I recommend keeping a list of the stories you read somewhere other than the website; it's always good to have a backup of everything and not depend on it.
