So essentially seonwoo was originally from the game but switched places with the seonwoo from real life when they were 9. For some reason real world seonwoo was aware he got transported into a game and did his best to survive, but game seonwoo came to the real world and was not aware? This is a plot hole which is why it’s confusing. Then fast forward to chapter 1 when seonwoo enters the game, that’s actually game seonwoo returning to his world but he didn’t know that cuz it’s been 20 years.
The ending is basically real world seonwoo comes back to the real world and sees jehee and chorok (they are real humans and not game chatacters) but he recognises them cuz he was in the game. The whole thing about jehee telling chorok to investigate him doesn’t get explained so that’s the conclusion of this seonwoo version.
Our seonwoo is stuck in the game void cuz he died defeating the key master, but he’s wearing jehee’s watch so he manages to get back in the game but he lost his memories because jehee regressed? Or something like cuz he reincarnated he lost his memories. But jehee remembers so he approaches him and the rest is to our imagination

So I did the maths and if they kiss in chapter 150 but were on 113 and it’s roughly book 2 chapters per manhwa chapters then 150-113 = 37 book chapters left
37/2=18.5 chapters
18/4=4.5 months
So roughly 4-5 months TT^TT
