I read this manga between 2015-2018, of course the site went down as did my old bookmarks. What I remember: Older, dark (reddish brown?) haired, salaryman uke who doesn't get into relationships X (probably sugar baby/ boyfriend for hire at first) light haired (like mustard blond?) younger seme. Less than 10 chapters. One chapter has the seme teasing the uke with a hitachi wand. It was definitely a manga, not a manhwa.
