Now volume 2 speaks of how possessive he is that's why it backs up everything now. (He would never actually let anyone touch yuuji) I love how the mangaka explain things without saying it directly through dialogues

Agni is strong, he can surely render the killer dead but he can't fight back because his master commands not to. The prince treats the killer as someone who is dear to them that's why they can't hurt the killer but only escape from whoever it is.

They aren't alphas. The dude is a beta and the girl is also an omega. I think they all lie about being alphas as part of the student council. It probably protects them too (mostly the omegas)
The thing i loved most is that, both of them said the same thing.
