Quick recap for people. Jin got ambushed and drugged by people working for another executive at his company who thinks he is more deserving of inheriting it from the lady CEO. The goal being show the lady Jin broke sobriety (a condition for his new position) and get him fired. High on drugs, Jin beat up the thugs and went to Matthew’s studio to have sex/wait out the drugs effects somewhere safe.
“Boss” is Brandon. He was Jin’s boss when he first became a gangster. Brandon is the one who turned Jin into a drug addict to make him forget that he wanted to make enough money to take Matthew from the orphanage and live somewhere normal in the first place. Brandon would also have sex with Jin when he was high, most likely also making him a sex addict.
Is Zhenya supposed to be both the immortal and Anastasia? Like was the weapons project to create super soldiers or something? I’m so lost
No, I think the story is just a riddle or a poem which tells Taekjoo where whatever he looking for is, that's how he found out in the latest chapter where it is, not only that I think there will be romance or smth like that in the end (I hope tho) but that's about it, zhenya just told him probably because he had fun with Taekjoo and since he is kind a smart guy and really wanted to find out the truth, zhenya told him but ofc he left Taekjoo to die anyway
Either way if zhenya does end up being immortal, bro that would be awsome but this manga doesn't have supernatural tags so
And no, in the little story or poem zhenya told Taekjoo, he said that there was this girl names anastasia who died and blah blah blah, if you really visit that chapter I think you will get it
The way everyone rallies for Dan you’d think he was a child. I’m sorry but this is a 30 year old man who can’t go a chapter without crying. His life has been hard and Jaekyung is an asshole but I think he needed to grow a spine and stand his ground for once. Jaekyung and the gym manager weren’t the loan sharks beating him. He should have realized at some point that even with all his yelling and bitching that Jaekyung wasn’t going to actually hit and that he can argue back on the minor things and reconvene for an adult discussion on the bigger ones.
