From our perspective we know Mokyeon’s feelings for him were sincere, but from Nanjo’s perspective it must look insane, a guy you slept with a couple of times, who ruined your relationship, standing outside your building every day just to see you. Well, the point really isn’t about this. It’s about the number of rejections he’s had ever since he was a child. Going past the fact that he felt abandoned by his biological parents, to then be literally abandoned by his adoptive parents and end up in foster care. It’s probably the first time he’s in love with someone so he’s quite literally reached his breaking point

The fact that he’s been abandoned by so many people makes it more baffling that he got this attached. It made sense that he was a playboy who never got into anything serious before Nanjo, but I guess someone like that falling deeply in love was bound to be a disaster.
Yeah it’s probably baffling to him the most lmfao. People don’t have their first love so late in life. He quite literally does not know how to deal with that. He wrecked it before it could even begin and now he’s no different than a child who broke a vase and is falling apart because he can’t seem to put the pieces back together no matter how desperately he tries. I’m really curious to see how he’ll pull himself back together.
I really should let this marinate because the wait is just too painful. I wonder how the hell these two will work things out. Nanjo was aware Mokyeon was not a good guy in the first season and yet he still grew fond of him (let’s not forget that by the end, Sunhwa says Nanjo didn’t want to meet unless it was for a threesome), but now he seems totally apathetic when it comes to him. I understood when he was angry but now it’s like he doesn’t care about him in the slightest.
Plot is very good, it just needed to be developed better. I didn’t care about the story of the 1st prince and Ian, it was important for the overall story but it was definitely the least interesting part. Even with the parts I didn’t like, I still think it has a better story a lot of much popular manhwas, it’s a shame the art is a bit lacking.
I would give anything for this to come back, the art is the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen and nothing compares
I know everyone hates Sunhwa and I don’t like him that much either but I feel like his annoyance with Mokyeon is so valid. Dude had a crash out at his birthday party, started fucking the guy he was seeing behind his back (and sounds like it wasn’t the first time) and to top it off, he didn’t even go to his house to apologize, but to ask Sunhwa to contact Nanjo for him. You can’t say what you want about Sunhwa but the truth is that him and Mokyeon have been friends for a long while and Mokyeon seemingly doesn’t give a fuck about him lol

They've been friends for 10+ years, Mokyeon is like a trusted friend of Suhwa. It's to be expected he would be more hurt of Mokyeon's betrayal. That's just logical. If he wasn't hurt by his friend's betrayal, are they even friends to begin with?
Right before all this, it was stated that Nanjo was no longer being intimate with Sunhwa and even faked being sick at his birthday, so I doubt Nanjo is truly as in love with him as everyone thinks. He probably wants to apologize because he feels like he wronged him by seeing someone else while the two were still technically together. As far as Mokyeon goes, he has plenty of reasons to not want to see him at this point. I kind of wish we got more about Nanjo and Sunhwa’s relationship, I feel like that would make Nanjo’s actions more clear.

I like how at least Mokyeon was honest but I still don’t find this development satisfying. Mokyeon being cringe is nothing new, but why does Nanjo seem so uninterested in him one moment and then concerned by him in the next? This chapter feels so disconnected from how he’d been acting. The first season showed us he had somewhat developed feelings for Mokyeon, but all we have gotten this season is him hating Mokyeon and trying to reach out to Sunhwa. I hate that I’m not liking this season because the first one was so good.
