I know this makes him sound like the biggest jerk alive, but if you look at it from his perspective, it's the lesser of 2 evils. Without protection he might as well have a red X painted on his back. Fear is a powerful motivator, one that can drive you to do things you might not be proud of, but you'll do them to survive. Yeah, it might not be the right thing to do, using someone, but when the other option is trying to dig your shoes out of the trash daily, and that's the least of the problems, you find a way to live with the shame.
I wanna know why the little twink threw a fit and stormed out like he caught his lover cheating on him. Wasn't he the one who ran to Mok begging for the three way because sex with Nanjo was too vanilla, too boring. Wasn't he also the one who admitted that the only reason he was with Nanjo was because he was rich and good looking, so why the drama now. Yeah. Mok doesn't have the best personality or history of treating his partner's with respect etc..but there's something about Nanjo that's making him act outside of his regular "playboy jerk" persona. I think he might actually be experiencing real emotions for the first time, of course he's gonna fuck it up by going about it the wrong way, but he's had no experience with being "real" with someone else. I'm rooting for them, if anyone can turn him into something resembling a real "boyfriend", "lover" or whatever he needs to be to grow up, it's Nanjo.

Yeah, he definitely had it rough at times, not as bad as some backstories I've read, but rough nonetheless. It definitely explains the selfish, bad boy attitude in the beginning chapters. Gotta say, don't care how cliche it is, I want him to end up with Nanjo(sp). Definitely gonna be some angst, anger, and hurt feelings, but I'm ready for it all. Bring it!
