Wasn't Frejya supposed to be Queen/Empress and above Gia in hierarchy because the kingdom lost to the ML at war? And they didn't want to provoke him further? So why are they referring to her as Lady or Princess?

Because they are under Gia’s influence. Not calling her by her proper title is undermining her authority.
What leaps of logic is the delulu b**** making here? He said he would do the same if given a second chance. Meaning that he doesn't care if you and the CP 'throw him away' again.
