You could say I learn languages just for fun. Loved them ever since I was a kid to the extent my parents forbid me to talk "English" (which was actually uncomprehensible blabbering) until I learned it in school.
Other than that for traveling and understanding/ conversing with people. I think it's polite to at least greet people in their country's m...... 1 reply
