I think that we should only believe half of what the black haired x-boyfriend told the uke. It seems that the x-boyfriend treated the back hair guy exactly like the uke is being treated now (in regards to keeping tabs and calling frequently). I kinda hope that they do get together in the end BUT not until the black haired guy gets what he deserves AND changes for the better. I DO NOT want them to stay together if the relationship continues the way it is now.
FYI Even though this is fantasy, the setting is similar to our Middle Ages. In the Middle Ages, girls where considered adult women and married off as soon as they had there first period because they could have children. It didn’t matter how old (or young) the girl was when she started. Also in some countries, at fifteen she will have reached the legal age of consent. I would have a much bigger problem with the “romance” tag if the dragon was was romantically interested in the girl when she first showed up then now at the age of fifteen. It is a major red flag when a guy is sexually attracted to an undeveloped girl (no breasts etc.).
Personally I think Soowon made a smart decision not to give into that woman’s request, and I don’t think his decision was based on the four dragons or the Crimson Dragon King at all. First, he could care less about the four dragons (especially since he doesn’t like or admire his decent the Crimson Dragon King). His decision is purely tactical in nature. It would be purely stupid to put the 5 strongest fighters into the hands of the enemy. Soowon might be handicapped due to the Crimson illness but he is not stupid.
And that woman wanted to kill yona and use hak as his dog, soo won makes hard decisions for the well-being of the country, that's his job as a king, but at this point we all know that he would never harm hak or yona Just because he wants to see them suffer, he really loves them, but can't put 2 ppl over a whole country
Thank you for translating to the best of your ability. I have a tip that may help some if you use Google Translate. If you use the camera option, take a picture of what you are translating and either “select all” (this translates every word detected) or highlight the sentences you want translated with your finger, Google Translate will not only translate into English but will also translate it into the correct (or as close to correct) English sentence grammar structure. Cation this method can also translate the foreign name into English and cause some confusion.
Personally when I read the raws using Google Translate I use both methods (translating with and without using taking picture options). One thing I have learned while doing this is that grammatically English is backwards compared to other languages and the translated conversation doesn’t make sense because sometimes changing the grammar structure of a sentence can change the entire meaning of what is said.
Basically 2 options in using Google Translate camera features:
1) use camera to translate while reading without taking picture is faster but translates word for word without altering grammar structure (can be confusing because and not make much since based on conversation or situation)
2) use camera and take picture (screen shot) of what you are wanting translated. Then either press “select all” (translate every word detected) or using finger to highlight select sentences, conversation, or word groping. This can take a lot longer BUT this option not only translates the words but also rearranges the words translated into the correct (or close to correct) English grammar sentence structure (this usually clears up the confusion from the first option).
I understand that the current update would take place early in the story but it gave me the feeling that Morinaga was at the point of giving up on there relationship ever developing. Though I do want them to become a true couple, this made me think that maybe it would be a good idea for Morinaga to actually distance himself from Senpai. Maybe then Senpai would do some more soul searching and realize his true feelings for Morinaga.
I can understand why the uke wanted to stop the seme from eating,” but I believe that the biggest reason was not to gain control of his fear response but unconsciously he wanted to verify that he was wanted for himself not just as a meal. I wonder if the uke would have the same pleasure response to another demon? Maybe we will find out later in the story.

The problem with Soowon idealism of making the kingdom strong by going to war to gain land and power is fundamentally flawed. During Soowon grandfathers rule, the kingdom had land and power through the fear of Soowon father BUT this didn’t last long. Less then 16 years later all the land buffer is gone and the kingdom was considered a joke. Soowon might be able to pick a good successor to take over the throne BUT he can’t ensure that his efforts will last that long after his death. Plus forcing dominance over others through fear invites rebellion which leads to the monarch forcefully suppress the rebellion leading to a vicious cycle that the next monarch might not be able to follow.
This is right only if he took the land to use it for his country's benefits only, like colonization.. but this is not true.
He RETURTED their stolen land/ or that they were too weak to save and have power over, and FIXED problems at the borders, and STRENGTHENED relationships with alles, and MADE projects to fresh markets and make them live well, so after awhile they will only be one united people, with no need to be separated.
that would be true...if all he did was supposedly colonizing other countries and 'forcing dominance' over them without caring about the inner state of kouka. the thought that you can solve everything with diplomacy is too idealistic, the country is in a vulnerable state especially after il avoided conflict just to protect the 'peace' in which he doesn't have to take responsibility and is willing to let his people starve for. he has to make sure to completely change the impression kouka has a passive ruler and set an example for those planning to invade it. after going through the period king il was on the throne there's no way people would rebel under soo won's ruling anytime soon. he doesn't punish his citizens for no reason, doesn't steal from them, works his ass off to solve inner conflicts, doesn't act like a pushover towards other countries leaders like il did... what even is there to rebel? the only thing he did which was blatantly wrong was justifying his father's war crimes
