All throughout I felt sympathy for both the fl and emperor but towards the end I realised how me crying in each chapter where fl was hurt was a very little in comparison to how much hurt she might have been
I wanted her to forgive the emperor until I realised he wasn't just one of the child swaps victim, he just needed someone to vent out his anger for his wife's death
There is no guarantee he would have loved the real princess
And I think even with the original princess it would have been more of an obsessive love since she looks like the mother more then loving her as her.
