It starts off as a BL world but then she turns all the characters straight for her?? Honestly that's a little weird for a first premise, so that the BL world plot was unnecessary to begin with. Unless the author has some sort of fantasy of turning gay characters straight im not with it.

Please let me know if anything I've mentioned about the plot is incorrect, I just can't waste my time on something that doesn't sit right with me initially!

The ml is so refreshing from the common one but I just wish they had more panels together talking. It's like they have a conversation and it gets cut off abruptly to the next scene???

I stopped at chapter 88 because I gave up and knew the story wasn't going the way I wanted. The writing is super rushed and made mc such a mary-sue, that I could've ignored if the romance was good after the main story. I don't really see why she chose Josh, who is pretty bratty and obnoxious towards mc, other than her abandonment issues because her character had better chemistry with Aiden. It's like the author didn't know how to give character development or any plot depth to explore in the story! Not so much as the commonly granted world-building every fantasy novel has. Just please don't trust the rating, it's only for show if you were to turn off your brain and not enjoy a story.

I get tired of seeing the same cold, collected, smart ML that is in stories all the time. This kind of character is really refreshing, I just hope the plot doesn't plummet lol

Unpopular opinion I don't think every side character needs to pair up, I also just don't think they'd look good together

There's a reason Miss Peddleton, the kindest and fairest lady in society wants no part in it. It's clear nobles have de-humanized themselves to nothing but pieces on a board, with a strict linear path for their future. I think the majority of people want to find love naturally. Can you imagine someone marrying you out of what they can benefit and not for their own personal enjoyment? I wish Olivia was taught that or soon will know this truth: To be the greatest character you can be is to be kind. Kindness knows no backgrounds but words and action.
