You can ship whatever you want, but just to inform you, judging from the subtext and the narrative so far, 182 most definitely serves as a little brother for Dante. Dante is shown to have struggled conflicts with his older brother, and he's now showing the love and care he wasn't provided with to someone who's much younger, like 182. Not accounting the fact that mentally speaking, 182 is much younger than he physically looks.
