Haebom really do be annoying me, always letting people decide his life and causing problems for everyone just cuz he supposedly has low elf esteem. Like get the fuck up girl and fight for your man, you lazyass.
the way it was written is already inherently victim blamey but also generally out of character for BOTH of them. taesung is known to be very respectful and haebom's entire character growth arc was him not just going along with what people said, and it seems that way here. when he was approached, he wasnt even CONSIDERING leaving taesung. he was just considering what to get for him. either way two wrongs dont make a right. if he cheated that absolutely makes him wrong (granted, less than taesung), but the way it's written (multiperspectivity that is mostly from taesung as opposed to equally), it's obvious that the author is trying to lead us into hating haebom (and it's not working).
Lords, I read this like 4 years ago but here's what I remember:
1) main character is an esper with I think wind related abilities. He had blue/black hair.
2) he was once friends with another Esper who I think could control people, but only once each person. And it could be anything, even long term, but still only once. Friend had red hair.
3) the friend wants to start this revolution that brings espers into power or something, and main dude was once apart of it.
4) there was a falling out, and now main dude is some masked vigilante on a motorcycle trying to dismantle his ex friends network.
5) it's heavily implied the friend used his powers on the main dude, but I don't recall a confirmation.
6) there was this other subplot with other people having like animal DNA, and Main dudes brother I think had white tiger DNA. It was a whole thing, and another faction of society that may or may not also be starting a revolution idk.
7) it was a Korean webtoon
That last frame was gorgeous but I don't trust anyone or anything I just know we're about to experience uninhibited agony
